Pricing questions
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Creating documents and downloading PDFs is free permanently and is not capped. What the free plan limits is emailed sends, because sending mail costs us money and reputation.
- Why cap emailed sends rather than documents?
- An unlimited anonymous invoice emailer is a phishing tool. Capping sends on new accounts, and requiring a verified account before we deliver anything at all, is how we keep the service from being abused.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. You drop back to the free plan: your documents, clients and history stay, Pro-only automations pause, and the branding line returns to new PDFs.
- Do you take a cut of payments?
- Card payments are processed by Stripe under your own connected account and Stripe charges its usual processing fee. Where a platform fee applies it is shown before you connect, never applied silently.
